Class Structure

Our classes are designed to provide you with the tools and information you need to make your birthing experience a rewarding and memorable experience.

We hold the classes in an informal relaxed environment where Mums to be (and their birthing partners should they attend) feel free to share their thoughts, concerns, ideas or anything they wish to discuss.
The classes follow a structure but scope is given within the timeframe to spend less or more time on any give topic. We have found in the past that this structure promotes a more informative and fun environment where people contribute and share their ideas.There is no obligation to participate in any discussions should you wish to gather the information only. The set structure of the class facilitates this also.

Refreshments and a lunch of tea/coffee and sandwiches are included in the price.
